Hofer-Shall Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Hi, I’m Zach. I’m a business strategy leader based in Boulder, CO with a passion for solving complex problems. Today I am a Co-Founder and Partner of Jackscrew, a boutique consultancy focused on strategy, operations, and program management. We help businesses accelerate their growth through operational efficiency. From January 2013 to January 2023, I proudly served Twitter 1.0 as the Head of Ecosystem. I was the first person hired to focus full-time on Twitter’s partner network and through strategies I developed and executed, it grew into a ~$400M ARR business line. During this time I played nearly every role related to Twitter’s Developer Platform, including planning and building the operations of the business, defining the org structure and growing the team to ~200 people, acquiring multiple companies, and building strategies for revenue and other KPI growth. Before Twitter, I was a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, covering data and analytics. I advised dozens of software companies and consulted with big brands on their data strategies. Before Forrester, I was a pretty bad web developer and fairly adequate marketing strategist. I live in Boulder, CO with my wife and twin boys, and I enjoy word games, puzzles, running, speed-sudoku, crappy-woodworking, and all things LEGO.
